Gadzhi Rabadanov set the bar high for the rest of the Bellator 263 fighters by delivering a thunderous finish.

A protege of Khabib Nurmagomedov, Rabadanov made a successful Bellator debut on Saturday at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. with a ferocious counter left hand that dropped his opponent Daniel Carey, leading to his 11th career finish.

Check out the highlight of the stoppage below:

Rabadanov showed impeccable timing throughout the 3:57 of action using effective counters, along with a great use of length. Carey was able to eat a few big shots, but after throwing a leg kick, the combat sambo fighter landed the quick left that was the beginning of the end for Carey.

With the victory, Rabadanov has now won consecutive fights and is victorious in eight of nine, which includes a win in his lone PFL appearance against UFC veteran Steven Siler.

Carey has now been stopped in consecutive fights after suffering a violent knockout loss to Aaron Pico 16 months prior at Bellator 238.
