PARIS, July 20 (Reuters) – French transport infrastructure company Alstom issued two new bonds raising a total of 1.2 billion euros ($1.4 billion), Alstom said on Tuesday.
The two bonds comprised one with a 6-year tranche worth 500 million euros and offering a fixed coupon of 0.125% payable annually, and a second 700 million euro bond with a 9-year tranche and a fixed coupon of 0.5% payable annually.
