LG has unveiled the 27GR95QE-B, another edition in the UltraGear series. Equipped with a 27-inch OLED panel, the UltraGear 27GR95QE-B combines a 2.5K resolution with a 240 Hz refresh rate, as well as AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility, among other features.
LG has expanded its UltraGear gaming monitor series, a few months after presenting the UltraGear 45GR95QE. Like the UltraGear 45GR95QE, the UltraGear 27GR95QE-B relies on a 240 Hz OLED panel. However, the UltraGear 27GR95QE-B has a flat display rather than curved and measures 27-inches across, or 26.5-inches to be precise.
According to LG, the UltraGear 27GR95QE-B operates natively at 2,560 x 1,440 pixels with 0.03 ms GtG response times and 98.5% DCI-P3 colour space coverage. For some reason, LG has not confirmed how bright the display gets yet, nor what DisplayPort or HDMI versions the monitor features, although HDMI VRR is supported. Conversely, LG lists the UltraGear 27GR95QE-B as also containing three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, an SPDIF out and a 4-pole 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Additionally, the monitor comes with AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility, plus various game modes and DTS HP:X. Moreover, LG has included a height, pivot, tilt and swivel-adjustable stand, the details of which the company provides on its website. The UltraGear 27GR95QE-B is available for US$999; LG has not confirmed pricing for other regions yet, including Asia and Europe.
