Servings: Makes 2 sandwiches
- 1 cup blackberries
- 4 slices bread
- 4 oz. Brie, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick planks
- 2 tsp. honey
1. Preheat the oven to 425°. In a small bowl, toss the blackberries with a pinch of salt. Lightly smash with a fork.
2. Arrange the bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Top two bread slices evenly with Brie. Bake until the bread is toasted and the cheese is very melty, about 8 minutes.
3. Remove the bread from the oven. Drizzle the honey over the cheese, then top evenly with the smashed berries and remaining bread slices.
